Hello, my name is Trevor Leahy. I’m the Small Business ombudsman with the Oregon Secretary of State’s office. I work for the Office of Small Business assistance. We’re a team that helps businesses get answers to their questions and navigate the government. Today, we are pleased and honored to be joined by Tom Hering and Mary Anne Harmer. They are benefit corporations for good and they’re going to give us some information about benefit companies and how they work and what you can expect if you are interested in becoming a benefit company.
